| Breakdown
Mr. Fitch, 50's. An acerbic New York social-columnist and blogger with Upper Eastside Manhattan sensibilities and lifestyle. Razorsharp wit, acute facility with sardonic turns of phrases, and wicked comic timing. Though madly in love with his wife, there is some ambiguity about his sexual preferences.
Mrs. Fitch, 30's - 40's. Every bit her husband's equal in urbanity, ribald wit, crackling banter, and ability to invent juicy intrigue for the consumption of the masses. She is somewhat distracted by the clanging of her biological clock.
