Thursday, March 29, 2012 at Pearl Studios “519”
10 AM – Equity female singers who dance 519 Eighth Avenue (Studio F Holding D)

2 PM – Equity male singers who dance New York City

Please prepare 16 bars of a standard up-tempo Broadway Song (no Pop or Rock). Bring sheet music; accompanist provided. There will be no dancing at this call.

Please bring a picture and resume, stapled together.

Seeking:

Ensemble Singers:

Men and women, all ethnicities. Great singing voices for the ensemble and to understudy some principals. Ensemble characters include (but are not limited to):

Tabarro:

Man, late 40s – mid 50s. An old fisherman with a large build. Masculine and lower class. Actor also understudies Georges, Albin and Dindon/Renaud. Must be a strong actor and singer.

Étienne:

Man, early 20s. Young man with Jean-Michel’s qualities. Must cover. Strong actor/singer/dancer.

Colette:

Woman, early 20s. Young woman with Anne’s qualities. Must cover. Strong actor/singer/dancer.
