Please prepare 16 bars of a rock ‘n’ roll or contemporary musical theatre song (in the style of the show) that shows as much vocal/emotional range as possible. Bring sheet music in the correct key; an accompanist will be provided, but may not transpose. No movement element at this call.
Please bring a photo and resume, stapled back-to-back.
Based on St. John’s Gospel account of the last week of Jesus’ life, beginning with the preparation for the arrival of Jesus and his followers in Jerusalem, and ending with the Crucifixion.
This production was originally produced at the Stratford Shakespeare Festival (Canada). Seeking immediate replacements for the Ensemble of the Broadway company:
