1st reh: On/about 4/4/11. 1st perf: On/about 4/25/11. Close: On/about 5/20. Two weeks of perfs at Clark Studio Theatre in Lincoln Center; one-week tour of NYC metro-area schools. There will be a one-week hiatus, for which the cast will be compensated.

Lunch from 1:30 – 2:30. New York City

Location is on 65th St between Broadway and Amsterdam.

Please prepare a brief (preferably approx. 90-second) Shakespearean monologue (preferably from HAMLET).

Please bring a resume & a picture (of yourself), stapled back-to-back.

• All roles are available (i.e. not yet offered and accepted);
• All actors except for the one playing HAMLET will double (tracks TBD; six onstage actors and one understudy total));
• All actors will be contracted as Actor/ASMs. ASM duties include assisting with the load-in and load-out of the physical production in the tour week.

Hamlet: Male character, 16-early 20s.

Horatio: Male character, late teens-early 20s.

Claudius: Male character, mid 40s-50s.

Polonius: Male character, 50s.

Gertrude: Female character, 40s-50s.

Ghost: Male character, 50s.

Laertes: Male character, 20s.

Rosencrantz/Guildenstern: Characters may be either gender, late teens-early 20s.

Ophelia: Female character, late teens-early 20s.

Gravedigger: Character may be either gender, 30s-50s.
