Seeking (Note: No housing, transportation or per-diem available to out-of-area performers):

Note: Both roles are cast for the first six weeks of the run. Seeking Understudy/ASM for the entire run, and also seeking Replacements to take over onstage roles in the seventh week of the run.

Casting note: These two gals are best friends who wish they had been childhood friends. Their smart humor is different, yet very compatible. You would pick them both first for your kickball team, but for different reasons. Seeking fun, light-hearted actresses who are comfortable with improvisation, strong comedic characters and audience interaction. Actresses need to be in modest underwear for a small portion of the show.

Girl 1:

30s – mid 40s. Energetic, perky, chatty, athletic and driven. Confident and charismatic and, always put-together. Could kick your butt in both curling AND softball, yet her animated and lively personality makes her non-threatening. She will engage you despite yourself. She is not afraid to let milk come out of her nose when she laughs, and doesn’t care how she looks doing it.

Girl 2:

30s – mid 40s. Down to earth, observant, practical and soft-hearted. She has an analytical mind tempered with patience and a great love for the human condition. Her dry wit lightly veils her brilliant sense of humor. Direct and to-the-point, yet fun. She is the one who makes you laugh so hard the milk comes out of your nose.
