GEORGE AND MARTHA: TONS OF FUN - The Rose Theater

The Rose To Host Auditions
For “George and Martha: Tons of Fun”

The Rose will host an audition for “George and Martha: Tons of Fun” at 12:30 pm on
Dec. 15th and 16th. Adults, ages 18 and older, are welcome to audition and must
come to The Rose Theater, 2001 Farnam Street, prepared to perform a one-minute
monologue and an excerpt of a song. An accompanist will be provided and cold
readings from the script may also be expected.

“George and Martha: Tons of Fun” will be presented March 1-17, 2013 on The Rose
main stage. School performances will be offered weekdays during school hours.
Matinee and evening public performances will be offered on the weekends.

Actors must be available for all performances and for weekday rehearsals during the month
of February. This is a paid position. Minority actors encouraged to audition. Roles are
available for actors of all ages and genders.

About “George and Martha: Tons of Fun”
In this cabaret musical romp, Hippos George and Martha may seem like opposites,
but they can’t help but have tons of fun together. When Martha ruins George’s painting
and George refuses to let Martha in his secret club, they stop having tons of fun and 
stay friends?
