Dramatizes a man's search for truth and love against the backdrop of his mother's deterioration and haunting memories of her past. Funny, tender and distressing, FLIGHT will touch you in surprising and challenging ways.

Seeking (all roles are available):

Andrew:
Early 50s. Tries to connect with his mother before it’s too late. Believes that understanding who she is will help him find his own identity. A little too meticulous and closed off at first, he slowly opens up and, by the end of the play, is well on his way to becoming the man he always dreamed of being.

Judith:
Early 80s. Strong, smart, sophisticated and opinionated, but also charming, loving and warm when she wants to be. The many years spent lying about her painful past and fabricating her persona give her an air of detachment. But now, her fear of losing her mind is making her more vulnerable than she’s ever been. Her last mission is to set her son free.

Linda:
40s. Initially awkward, quirky and somewhat socially clumsy. Attractive, but does her best to conceal it. She is also a healer. As Judith’s physical appearance starts to deteriorate due to her dementia, Linda's starts to improve as she gains confidence in herself and makes an effort in her choice of wardrobe, hairstyle, etc. She firmly believes in everything she says, and thinks that being true to herself will eventually pay off, even if life may seem to show her otherwise.
