Breakdown
Synopsis:
After a human rights attorney learns her husband, a photojournalist, has been abducted from a child refugee camp, she faces the struggle of a lifetime. Her story comes together in a truly unique multimedia experience, cutting between past and present, stage and the screen, dialogue and song. With a sweeping, emotional score and an artist painting live on stage, this stunning fusion of art, film and music explores the power of imagination and, ultimately, what it means to be human.
Seeking men, women and children; singers and dancers; all ages, races and ethnicities are encouraged to audition.
ELI

DR.PETERSON
35-55. Male or Female. All Ethnicities. Psychologist. Has a compassionate curiosity about her/his subjects and life in general. Although a mentor archetype, approaches each interaction as an opportunity to understand more about humanity. (if cast as female - ALTO/ If cast as male – BARITENOR)
YOUNG BOY
Male 8-10 years old. African. Although lives in a less than ideal situation by Western standards, like most children he finds the magical in the simplest of encounters.
