Ensemble Dancers:
Strong male and female dancers with ballet and jazz training. Dancers must also sing. Acrobatic ability necessary for some roles

Preparation
All auditioning should wear jazz shoes. Please also be prepared to sing 16 bars of a contemporary musical theater selection showing range IF asked. Bring sheet music in your key; sight-reading accompanist provided. Please bring a picture and resume, stapled together.

1st full company rehearsal: Monday, September 23, 2013 in Raleigh, NC. Runs October 8 – October 13, 2013 in Raleigh Memorial Auditorium at the Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts in Raleigh, NC.

Breakdown

Based on the poetry of T.S. Eliot, CATS tells the story, in song and dance, of the annual gathering of Jellicle cats at which time one special cat is selected to ascend to the Heaviside Layer.

Seeking to Cast: Strong male and female dancers with ballet and jazz training. Dancers must also sing. Acrobatic ability necessary for some roles.
