Lunch from 1:30 – 2:30.

Please prepare a short musical theatre song, from or in the style of the show. Bring sheet music in the correct key; an accompanist will be provided, but may not transpose.

Please bring a current photo and resume, stapled back-to-back.

Seeking (all roles are available):

Miss Hannigan:

40s-50s. Ill-tempered orphanage director. Brazen and pessimistic. A flirt. Brassy singer. Must dance or move well.

Oliver Warbucks:

50s. The richest man in the world. Warm-hearted. Stiff-collared. Role for a strong singer who moves well.

Grace Farrell:

30s. Oliver Warbucks’s secretary. A class act, efficient and attractive. Must move very well. Warm soprano sound.

Rooster:

30s-40s. Miss Hannigan's no-good brother. Slick. Perhaps a magician or a pickpocket. Role for a character actor with swagger and comedic chops. Strong dancer. Tenor to a high G. PRINCIPAL.

Note: Casting personnel state that the characters of FDR and Lily St. Regis, both of which are usually principals, will be on chorus contracts in this production.

FDR / Others:

Track’s characters are male, 50s. Track includes President Franklin Delano Roosevelt and other small characters. Seeking a strong character actor who is also a strong mover. ENSEMBLE.

Lily St. Regis / Others:

Track’s characters are female, 20s-30s. Track includes Lily St. Regis and other small characters. Performer must move very well, and possibly tap. Must have excellent comedic timing. Strong traditional musical theatre belter. ENSEMBLE.
