AGATHA CHRISTIE’S BBC MURDERS fuses elements from the author’s autobiography with four mysteries she wrote between 1937 and 1956 for the BBC.
This production uses “radio” technique, with actors playing multiple roles from scripts on microphones. Actors are costumed in period – 1937, 1946, 1956 - and in character.
---
Seeking:
Notes: Most actors play three or four characters, one in each of the four plays – “Butter In A Lordly Dish,” “Three Blind Mice,” “Personal Call,” and “The Yellow Iris.” Roles require multiple British accents. A few require foreign accents or other talents as indicated below. Walla roles provide improvisational crowd and background sounds. Seeking versatile actors to play multiple roles. Must have impeccable facility with British dialects.
All roles require British dialect. All roles except Agatha Christie are played script in hand.
WOMEN’S ROLES:
