John Adams:
Caucasian male, late 30 – mid 40s. Of the Massachusetts contingency in the Continental Congress. Sharp, determined, passionate, unwavering in his ideals and beliefs. A leader who wears his heart on his sleeve. A bit of a quick temper, headstrong yet single minded in his support of independency. HIGH BARITONE.
Abigail Adams:
Caucasian female, early to late 30s. Warm, gentle, understanding, but dignified and resolute. Intelligent and level-headed, she keeps her husband JOHN ADAMS grounded. SOPRANO.
John Dickinson:
Caucasian male, late 30s – mid 40s. Of the Pennsylvania contingency in the Continental Congress. Energetic, playful, and fiercely articulate. Stylish and perhaps at times excessive, he enjoys the good life. Strongly opposes independence. BASS/BARITONE.
