Former OSU Band Director, Jon Waters, appeared live today on Today Show defending himself and pointing out inaccuracies in the Report. In the interview, Waters says that he worked to eliminate that culture long before the investigation and was unfairly fired.

The Ohio State University fired Band Director Jon Waters citing "serious cultural issues and an environment conducive to sexual harassment within the Marching Band." The two month investigation and findings showed that conduct of the band and staff "is inconsistent with the University's values and Title IX requirements."
