SRO Theatre Company Presents DEATH OF A SALESMAN November 14 - 24, 2013 SRO Theatre Company presents Death of a Salesman to be staged November 14 - 24, 2013, at the Shedd Theatre in the Columbus Performing Arts Center, 549 Franklin Avenue, Columbus, OH 43215.
Written by Arthur Miller, this Pulitzer Prize-winning drama, Tony Award winner for Best Play, and New York Drama Critics' Circle Award winner for Best American Play, is the story of Willy Loman who finds his career and family relationships dramatically tested while facing his unrealized dreams of success. Director is Dee Shepherd, and the immediate Loman family is played by Mark Mann (Willy Loman), Josie Merkle (Linda), Jay Hobson (Biff), and Ian Klingenberg (Happy). Other cast members are Stephen R. Hanna (Bernard), Catherine Madden (The Woman and Jenny), George Matchneer (Charley), Alan McClintock (Uncle Ben), Dale Bush (Howard Wagner), Michael Detmold (Stanley), Madeleine E. Stover (Miss Forsythe), and Sarah Gehring (Letta).
Showtimes for Death of a Salesman are 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 14, 8:00 p.m. on Friday, November 15; 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 16; 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 17; 10:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. on Friday, November 22; 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 23; and 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 24. Tickets are $20 for adults, $17 for seniors (55+), $15 for SRO members, $10 for students, and $15 for adults and seniors for the 10:30 a.m., Friday, November 22, performance.
