TNT returns to China with Shakespeare's last true comedy, and his finest. This is a fairy tale of love and laughter in an imaginary land where twins cause confusion in romance and war, drunken knights pick fights with miserable bureaucrats and everyone is in love with the wrong person at the wrong time.
The show is scheduled to play the Shanghai Grand Theatre from May 5th through 7th 2017.
The play, by Shakespeare, centres on the twins Viola and Sebastian, who are separated in a shipwreck. Viola (who is disguised as a boy) falls in love with Duke Orsino, who in turn is in love with the Countess Olivia. Upon meeting Viola, Countess Olivia falls in love with her thinking she is a man.
