170 DAYS IN NANKING is playing at National Centre For The Performing Arts on April 24, 2019.
Guided by the Propaganda Department of Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee, Jiangsu Provincial Cultural Investment Management Group and Jiangsu Provincial Performing Arts Group, the original opera "Labe Diary" tour version produced by Jiangsu Grand Theatre and Jiangsu Performing Arts Group is "Chinese Story, International Expression" A specific performance, in the composition, scriptwriting, director, stage art, fashion design and other aspects of a new set of innovation.
As the drama composer Tang Jianping said: "I hope that the audience can feel the brilliance of humanity from the drama, not the horror of killing." All human beings breathe together, destiny and commonality, review and commemorate, for the world to stay away from the war, for the sake of Human offspring are always safe and peaceful. The history of the original opera "Rabe's Diary" tour with an international perspective and a world language is both a story about China and a story about the world. This is a war requiem that shocks the soul, and it is a light praise for peace hope. Indignant in killing, praise for life, singing for love, it is even more in peace.
