Oprah Winfrey's Personal Chef to Host Pop-Up Dinner at Trinity Bar
Chicago - Taryn Huebner -- Oprah Winfrey's personal chef the past seven years -- will host a pop-up dinner on Tuesday, April 26 at Trinity Bar (2721 North Halsted Street).
Chef Huebner's global cuisine inspired dinner will be four courses, and each course will feature different wine pairings from Cream Wine Company. There will be two seatings on Tuesday, April 26 for Chef Huebner's first ever pop-up dinner -- at 6pm and 8pm.

Lifelong Chicagoan and local businessman Ryan Holden recently purchased Trinity Bar -- and along with childhood friend and acclaimed chef Mike Sheerin as a partner -- have also completely overhauled the interior, cuisine, and beverage programs.

Ricotta Gnocchi with Brown Butter, Mushroom Ragout, & English Peas

Moroccan Braised Beef with Israeli Cous Cous, Caramelized Brussels Sprouts, & Harissa Broth
4th Course
Buttermilk Panna Cotta with Strawberry & Lavender
Chef Taryn Huebner is a Chicago native and a graduate of the renowned Culinary Institute of America. Chef Huebner prides herself on her distinct flavor combinations and utilizing local growers and products to create distinctive and captivating dishes. Chef Huebner gained her initial culinary experience cooking in Telluride, the Hamptons, Manhattan, and the Dominican Republic.
For the past seven years, Chef Huebner has served as the personal chef to Oprah Winfrey where she has had the incredible honor to cook for many high profile guests including President Barack and Michelle Obama, the Duchess of York Sarah Ferguson, and Dr. Maya Angelou.
