Tickets Available Now For RUMORS Chaos unfolds at a New York dinner party and conflicting stories just make the situation worse in Rumors, a Neil Simon farce, the third show in Hanover Little Theatre's 69th season.

The theatre will once again raise funds for a local nonprofit community partner in conjunction with the show. The partner for this show is the Hanover Area National Night Out.

Just before his 10th wedding anniversary party, the Deputy Mayor of New York passes out from taking Valium after unsuccessfully trying to shoot himself in the head, and his wife is nowhere to be found. Their friends try to cover up the circumstances from arriving guests, but miscommunication and confusion only make things worse.

The show will have 8 p.m.performances on April 20 and 21 as well as April 26-28. There will be 2 p.m. matinees on April 22 and 29.

Tickets are on sale now. Online ticket sales are available around the clock. You can also call 717-637-5297 to reserve tickets or take advantage of our box office hours from 10 a.m. to noon on April 7 and 14 and noon to 2 p.m. on April 8 and 15.

All tickets are $15 with no fees for tickets printed at home or bought at the door. There will be a $2 charge for all phone orders and a $1 charge for any tickets delivered through the mail.

Director Michael Baker welcomes a mix of new and familiar faces in his cast. Quinton Laughman and Vanessa Burke will play Ken and Chris Gorman alongside Deb Carson and Jeb Beard as Claire and Lenny Ganz. Linda Fink and Kramer Hardman will play Cookie and Ernie Cusack, while Megan Kitzmiller and Mark Franceschini round out the guest list as Cassie and Glenn Cooper. Shane Jacoby and Nicole Merkel will play the police officers handling the situation.

The theatre will donate $2 to the Night Out event for every ticket sold to the Saturday, April 21, performance. Sommer & O'Donnell - Attorneys at Law as well as an anonymous patron will match that donation, generating $6 for every person attending April 21. Additionally, donations for for the local Night Out event will be accepted at all seven performances.

Since inaugurating this effort in November 2014, the theatre has donated more than $7,000 to a variety of area groups.
