Jason Robert Brown Comes to Lancaster Today

Broadway composer Jason Robert Brown will appear live in concert in Lancaster. Brown is also set to host a master class at the Trust Performing Arts Center, 37 N Market Street, Lancaster, Pa., today, March 29. Master Class at 2pm; Concert at 7:30pm.

MASTER CLASS Join Jason Robert Brown (JRB) to observe a three-hour master class for actors and singers on music theater repertory, focusing on improving musicality, clarifying dramatic choices, and understanding song structure.

Those wishing to work with JRB 'on-stage' during the master class (as one of six) must submit the following elements via email to info@primatheatre.com by March 8 for consideration: a) headshot/recent photograph; b) list of two possible songs that they will be prepared to work on at the session; and c) re?sume? of some kind explaining experience as an actor and academic/artistic concentration. PRiMA encourage interested peoples to register to observe first.
