"The Wedding Singer," spun from Adam Sandler's hit flick, gives the '80s a musical makeover just as dazzling as "Hairspray" did for the '60s. Get ready to say "I do" to the most swoon-worthy musical of the past two decades!
It's 1985, and Robbie Hart is New Jersey's rock star in spandex—well, at weddings, anyway. But when his fiancée pulls a disappearing act at the altar, Robbie's heartache turns every wedding into a melodramatic mess. Enter Julia, a charming waitress who catches his eye. Just one hiccup—she's about to marry a Wall Street predator! Can Robbie deliver the performance of a lifetime to win her over before she ties the knot with the wrong guy? The countdown is on!
