Ken Hallers shows have been described as touching, hilarious, intimate, extremely funny, very personal, and tremendously entertaining. In his most daring cabaret yet, Ken uses the motif of a Medicine Show, where miracle cures are peddled and weaves songs as diverse as The Physician (Cole Porter), Someone to Fall Back on, (Jason Robert Brown), The Rainbow Connection (Williams/Ascher), Adelaides Lament (Frank Loesser), Holding to the Ground (William Finn), Raindrops Keep Falling on My Head (Bacharach/David), Pirellis Miracle Elixir (Stephen Sondheim), into a narrative of how becoming a doctor is only the first step toward becoming a healer.BEST ST.
