Tony-nominated actor Tom Wopat will present a solo concert at Birdland Jazz Club on May 31. Wopat can currently be seen on Broadway in SONDHEIM ON SONDHEIM.

Wopat was last seen on Broadway in A CATERED AFFAIR for which he was nominated for a Best Actor Tony Award. He was also nominated for a Tony in 1999 for ANNIE GET YOUR GUN, which he played opposite Bernadette Peters. Wopat has played Bily Flynn in CHICAGO on Broadway six different times since 2004. Last summer Wopat originated the role of Frank Abignale Sr. in CATCH ME IF YOU CAN at the 5th Avenue Theatre in Seattle, Washington. Wopat is perhaps best known for his role on 'The Dukes Of Hazzard.'

The concert will begin at 7pm on May 31 at Birdland, located at 315 West 44th St between 8th and 9th Ave. Tickets are $25 for side seating and $35 for center seating, there is a $10 food or drink minimum. Bar seating is also available for $25 with no minimum. Bar seats cannot be reserved and are first-come, first-served.
