Back with her brand new one woman show, comedian Theresa Kloos returns to the Metropolitan Room with her comedy cabaret "Reasons To Be Unsuccessful" at The Metropolitan Room, 34 West 22nd Street, on June 5th at 9:30pm.

Her debut show, "Reasons To Be Unpretty" was an autobiographical exploration of the trials and tribulations of a funny, albeit awkward girl growing up in Cleveland. "Reasons To Be Unsuccessful" picks up right where she left off - moving to New York, not-so okay cupid connections, terrible temp jobs, nanny nightmares, and the pressure to succeed while following her dreams, all while getting her dad off her back about why she hasn't hit it big. Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling 212- 206-0440 or by visiting www.metropolitanroom.com. There is a $20 cover/2 beverage minimum.

Her rock band returns with the mad skills of Michael Hicks, Paul Wyatt, Brad Carbone and Louis Tucci, who will deliver hits from Queen, Jessie J, Pink Floyd and more. The show is directed by David Bonanno.

Theresa Kloos is an NYC based actress and comedian who hails from Cleveland, Ohio. She graduated from Baldwin Wallace University and has since worked with companies such as Prospect Theater Company, The Weston Playhouse and Shaker Bridge. In 2014, she worked with William Finn on his piece, "Romance In Hard Times" at Barrington Stage Company. She studies improv at the Upright Citizens Brigade.
