Second Nancy LaMott Tribute Concert to Benefit Children's Pediatric Cancer Research

Erin Cross recently made her New York City debut at the Metropolitan Room to audience acclaim. Cancer claimed Nancy LaMott in 1995. Erin Cross has conceived this concert to honor LaMott's life and legacy as the 20th anniversary of her death approaches. She will be performing a one hour program partnered by MAC Award winning musical director, Tracy Stark and Matthew Carlozzi on drums. Nancy LaMott died at the age of 43 just as she was breaking through on the national scene. Her recordings with David Friedman helped establish her intimate performance style as a pinnacle of cabaret artistry.
Featured songs in the program include Downtown, Help Is on the Way, Moon River, I've Got the Sun in the Morning and Listen to My Heart. This event is being produced by the Long Island Chapter of Delta Delta Delta.
