STAGE TUBE: Michelle Veintamilla & Melissa Rose Hirsch Sing 'That's Life' at LADIES OF EVE
Michelle Veintamilla and Melissa Rose Hirsch performed the SMASH arrangement of "That's Life" last month at 54 Below as part of "Ladies of Eve", Check out the video!
Ladies of Eve was conceived and produced by Megan Minutillo, with music direction by Nat Zegree.
The evening featured additional performances by Loni Ackerman (Cats, Evita), Anna Ty Bergman, Melanie Brook (50 Shades! The Musical Parody), Daisy Eagan (The Secret Garden), Kasie Gasparini (Mamma Mia!), Kerri George, Molly Hager (Heathers), Melissa Rose Hirsch (The Bad Years), Jessica Kahkoska, Elyssa Brette Mactas (MEAN The Musical), Ashley Moniz (First Nat'l Tour - Sister Act, 9 to 5, Legally Blonde, High School Musical), Monet Julia Sabel(Wendy's Shadow at NYMF, 6 at NYMF), Ariana Sepulveda, Stephanie Turci, Olivia Polci, and Maddy Trumble (Newsies).
A portion of Ladies of Eve went to raise production costs for EVE in NYC, which opens at the Gym and Judson on September 6th. Tickets are availablehere.
Additional proceeds from the evening also went to benefit The Retreat in Eastern Long Island, a domestic violence service center. The Retreat's mission is to provide safety, shelter and support for victims of domestic abuse and to break the cycle of family violence. In pursuit of our mission, The Retreat annually provides help for thousands of families.
