Photo Coverage: Michael Feinstein Brings A SUMMER EVENING to Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center
Michael Feinstein, the multi-platinum-selling, two-time Emmy and five time Grammy Award-nominated entertainer brought "A Summer Evening with Michael Feinstein" to the Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center in Great Barrington last night and Broadwayworld was there for the concert. The sold out performance featured Michael on piano, as well as music director/pianist and arranger Tedd Firth.
The historic Mahaiwe Theater which was first opened in 1905 was restored in 2002 under the leadership of founder Lola Jaffe. The executive director Beryl Jolly introduced the concert and highlighted upcoming events at The Mahaiwe, one of which is "An Evening With Bernadette Peters" on Sunday October 12th to benefit the Mahaiwe's educational programming.
