The award-winning team of Comden & Green are the longest running creative partnership in Broadway History and have distinguished themselves as playwrights, screenwriters and lyricists who have collaborated with genre defining composers including Leonard Bernstein, Jule Styne, Cy Coleman and Andre Previn, among others. This special cabaret performance, starring Perry Laylon Ojeda, is a musical tribute to the unparalleled contributions they have made to the American Musical Theatre and Hollywood's Golden Age, including culturally defining films and plays like SINGIN' IN THE RAIN, THE BAND WAGON, AUNTIE MAME, ON THE TOWN and many more.

Perry, a veteran of Broadway and London's West End, relates his personal experience working with the legendary songwriting team when he performed the leading role of "Gabey" in the 1998 Broadway revival of ON THE TOWN and reveals in his own touching words and memories how they mentored and touched his life as an actor & performing artist.

For this special, one night only event, Perry will share the stage in duets with ON THE TOWN original 1998 revival cast members, Robert Montano and other surprise special guests.

With musical direction and arrangements by Mark Hartman and staged by Ron Celona, Mr. Ojeda sings many familiar and not-so-familiar songs from such Comden & Green musicals as Bells are Ringing, PETER PAN, Subways are For Sleeping, On the Town, Fade Out - Fade In, On the Twentieth Century, Do Re Mi and Wonderful Town as well as hidden gems from some of their award-winning films.
