Come to the Laurie Beechman Theater tonight, February 17th for "Too Legit to Quit: a Riff-Free Evening", a concert devoted to the golden era of music theater.

The cast features Tony Nominee *Meg Bussert (Brigadoon, The Music Man, Camelot, Irene), Drama Desk Nominee *Jeremy Morse (Bloodsong of Love), *Melanie Field (Evita, Phantom of the Opera), *Carrie A. Johnson (Sister Act), *Vince Oddo (Nat'l Tour American Idiot), *Caitlyn Caughell (Newsies), *Ryan Speakman, *Jenna Dallacco, and *Nicole Dalto.

*All Actors are members of the of Actor's Equity Association.

It will be music directed by Caleb Hoyer.

Once upon a time, there was a thing called vibrato, baritones roamed the earth freely, and women sang their C's above the staff. For one night only, we will take a trip back to this "Golden Age" through the music of Berlin, Kern, Rodgers & Hammerstein, Lerner & Loewe, & more.

The concert will take place at 9:30 pm tonight, February 17th at the Laurie Beechman Theater in the basement of the West Bank Cafe at 407 West 42nd St. Reservations can be made at 212-695-6909. Doors open 30 minutes prior to curtain. There is a $15 cover and a $15 food/drink minimum.
