Author Mark Brennan Rosenberg will offer his first musical book reading series, How to Date a F**ing Loser, Sept. 10 and 15 at New York City's Duplex Theatre.

The event, beginning at 9:30 PM, is described as a musical reading of Rosenberg's critically acclaimed book "Blackouts and Breakdowns" and other published essays.

How to Date A F**ing Loser is, according to press notes, "a 90 minute reading set to music where Mark will teach the audience how to meet the most ineligible bachelors in the New York tri-state area. Rosenberg and his 'diva girls' will instruct you on how to end up alone, bitter and with a giant set of blue balls. By the end of the night, it's promised that you too will find out how to date a f***ing loser."

Jessica Stewart will be the musical director for the evening, and the show includes Rosenberg and his "divas" Megan Crain, Nikki Kimbrough and Sally Schwab. Produced by John Forslund and JDProductions, the show is sure to be a smash hit! Seats are filling up fast, and Rosenberg's book "Blackouts and Breakdowns" will be available for purchase following the show, as well as an author signing.
