Charles Aznavour: A TRIBUTE CONCERT!, NOVEMBER 23 AT 9:30PM

So much more than a French singing star, Charles Aznavour was the ultimate singer/songwriter who achieved unprecedented worldwide fame. In 1998 he was named Entertainer of the Century by CNN. He was recognized as the century's most outstanding performer, edging out Elvis Presley and Bob Dylan.

In a career spanning over 70 years, he recorded more than 1,200 songs interpreted in eight languages. He wrote or co-wrote more than 1,000 songs for himself and others. Most impressive of all, he sold more than 180 million records during his lifetime.

In our concert tribute to the great Charles Aznavour, we will present his most famous songs, among them (of course), "Yesterday, When I Was Young," "She," "La Boheme," "The Old Fashioned Way," "For Me Formidable," and many more! Aznavour's classic songs will be performed by a rich assortment of Broadway and nightclub stars handpicked by the show's producer, NYC impresario Scott Siegel, who will also write and direct the concert. (For Aznavour fans, please note that at one of Aznavour's Carnegie Hall concerts, Scott fought off hordes of other husbands and retrieved the white handkerchief Aznavour traditionally drops at the end of"La Boheme" and gave it to his wife, Barbara, who has been a lifelong Aznavour fan.)

We invite you to come to our special concert event to honor, commemorate, and enjoy the brilliant and enduring work of Charles Aznavour!

Featuring: Karen Akers (Tony Nominee, Nine, Grand Hotel), Gabrielle Stravelli (Award Winning Nightclub Star), Cooper Grodin (The Phantom in The Phantom of the Opera National Tour), Alex Getlin (Carnegie Hall, Town Hall, Pasadena Symphony), Emily Iaquinta (54 Sings Broadway's Greatest Hits) and more stars soon to be announced!

$35-$45 cover charge. $80 premium seating. $25 food and beverage minimum.
