MURRAY HILL'S ANNUAL NEW YEAR'S EVE EXTRAVAGANZA! Held At Southpaw

New York's beloved entertainer Mr. Murray HILL rings in the New Year with his annual laugh-tastic, boozy, bodacious variety show and dance party with New York's finest, wildest, and wackiest performers on FRIDAY, DECEMBER 31 AT 10:30pm at SOUTHPAW in Brooklyn. Murray, Mr. Showbiz himself, plays the comic ringleader to this circus of burlesque bombshells, ballsy and bawdy singers, legendary performance artists, a monkey, and he even flew in his favorite burlesque act from St. Louis who work a pole like nobody's business! Murray and the gang will dazzle you, maybe frighten you, but will definitely entertain you and get your mind off your troubles so you can enter the new year in full denial and intoxicated! That's Showbiz!

As the clock strikes midnight, the audience will toast complimentary champagne as a make-shift "ball" drops on stage (hopefully on cue). Murray leads the cast and audience into a rousing off-key "New York, New York!" Kissing ensues and dancing and romancing is strongly encouraged.

Reigning Burlesque Queen and Italian Stallionette ANGIE PONTANI, jaw-dropping Burlesque Pole Dancing professionals GRAVITY PLAYS FAVORITES (Katrina Dohl & Michelle Mynx) from St. Louis, "The Paris Hilton of performance art" NEAL MEDLYN, powerhouse bawdy crooner Bridget Everett, Acrobatic Burlesque Super duo Trixie Little & EVIL HATE MONKEY, trapeze artist and 1/2 of Wau-Wau Sisters ADRIENNE TRUSCOTT, and LIL' MISS LIXX who will debut her special champagne routine.

AFTER PARTY POST-SHOW WITH DANCING ALL NIGHT!!

DJ MEL HUCKABEE warms up the crowd pre-show, then after midnight, she gets the joint swinging playing dance hits all night! Murray Hill will DJ a late-late night set with classic hits and some of his favorite ballads to encourage heavy spooning to start the new year (ie. late night hook up!).
