Liz Callaway and Ann Hampton Callaway Play Encompass New Opera Theatre's Jazz-Cabaret Gala, 6/6
Today Nancy Rhodes, Artistic Director of Encompass New Opera Theatre announced that Liz Callaway and Ann Hampton Callaway will headline the annual Jazz-Cabaret Gala tonight, June 6, 2012 at 7:00 PM in New York City.
The gala event, with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, will take place in the Tribeca loft home of Mr. Chip Seelig. This large space affords panoramic views of the Hudson River, surrounded by beautiful plantings and a pool, while permitting patrons and attendees to enjoy the performance of the award-winning, Tony-nominated singers-songwriters-actresses in intimate range.
“They are fantastic, sensational, entertaining,” says Donald Pippin, acclaimed Broadway musical director/composer/arranger, about the Callaway sisters. “They represent everything that a cabaret act can offer.”
