Two iconic actors join together for an exciting new venture playing NYC for three performances only.

Hal Linden and Bernie Koppel to Star in the NYC Debut of TWO JEWS, TALKING at The Triad Theater There is exciting news out of The Triad, especially for television aficionados: Hal Linden and Bernie Koppel will appear for three performances at the Upper West Side nightclub in a reading of TWO JEWS, TALKING. The announcement was made by Triad booking director, Bernie Furshpan, via the press release below.

Mr. Linden, a Tony Award recipient for THE ROTHSCHILDS, took his Broadway experience to film and television, achieving extreme fame for the titular role in BARNEY MILLER, and earning two Daytime Emmy Awards for his work on the program FYI.

Mr. Koppell started his acting career in daytime television before moving into sitcoms with MY FAVORITE MARTIAN and the Jack Benny SHOW, working in many notable programs before landing the role of Dr. Adam Bricker on THE LOVE BOAT, where he stayed for nine seasons and two hundred fifty episodes.

The two-act story brings Lou and Bud together in the Biblical past, and Phil and Marty together in contemporary Long Island.

The Triad Theater in NYC will present a hilarious staged reading, in an iconic way, with Emmy, Tony, and Golden Globe award-winning duo in this side-splitting piece written by Ed Weinberger! Television veterans Hal Linden (Barney Miller) and Bernie Koppel (Love Boat) star in Two Jews, Talking at The Triad Theater for 3 shows only.

These two characters take us on a rollicking romp through time! The two-act story brings Lou and Bud together in the Biblical past, and Phil and Marty together in contemporary Long Island. They philosophize about women, sex, food, the divine, and destiny in this tale of companionship and friendship.
