These two icons, their early careers inextricably intertwined, created the soundtrack of the 1960s protest era. From "Blowin' in the Wind," to "I Ain't a Marching Anymore," these two extraordinary singer/songwriters created an emotionally potent bridge between protest and art. While Bob Dylan survived to become a Nobel Prize Winner, Phil Ochs committed suicide - but not before creating a body of work that is as singularly thrilling as it is deeply moving.

This special concert event honoring the contributions of both of these great artists to the protest movement will be created, written, directed, and hosted by Scott Siegel, a lifelong Phil Ochs fan, who also happens to have created more than 300 major concerts all over the world, including writing, directing, and producing concerts for Michael Feinstein, and creating, writing, directing, and hosting Town Hall's signature series, Broadway by the Year, which begins its record-breaking 19th season in February, 2019.

This tribute to Phil Ochs and Bob Dylan will feature a starry cast of major Broadway, nightclub, country, and folk music performers.

$35-$45 cover charge. $80 premium seating. $25 food & beverage minimum.

Every performer knows how it feels to have an unsuccessful audition. The feeling of embarrassment and self criticism over where they may have gone wrong. Well, this performance is a chance for them to redeem themselves of their past failures, to recount their previous woes, and then wow us on stage. They may have had a botched audition or two, but this performance is there chance to say "Just look at me now," and show how far they've come.

Join us for a night filled with stories from some of your favourite performers, and to see that the road to success is filled with many many failed auditions!

Featuring: Dara Paige Bloomfield (Ragtime, Founder of Growing Up Broadway), Sam Bolen (Midnight at the Never Get, High Buttoned Shoes, Me and My Girl, The New Yorkers, I Am Anne Hutchinson- I am Harvey Milk, Irma La Douce), Cameron Bond (Be More Chill, Finding Neverland, Beauty and the Beast), Alex Brightman (Beetlejuice, School of Rock, Matilda, Big Fish, Wicked, Glory Days), Danielle Melanie Brown (Les Misérables), Liz Lark Brown (Joe Iconis and Family), Gerard Canonico (Les Misérables, Spring Awakening, American Idiot, Bare, Groundhog's Day, Be More Chill), Anthony Chatmon II (Be More Chill), Bret Fox (A Christmas Carol at Madison Square Garden, The Full Monty National Tour), Cassidy Ladden (Annie, Annie Get Your Gun), Ben Lundy, Billy Recce (Writer/ Composer/ Performer, Balloon Boy, Billy Recce's Snowflake Jamboree), Kristen Stickley, Jared Weiss (Joe Iconis and Family), and more to be announced!
