Broadway Standbys, Understudies & More to Perform at Lion Theatre, 3/9

Musicals Tonight! continues its ongoing salute to Broadway and Off-Broadway Standbys, Understudies and Alternates with its next edition of At This Performance... to be held on Monday, March 9th at The Lion Theatre, 410 West 42ndStreet at 7 PM.

Hosted by series Producing Artistic Director and Casting Director Stephen DeAngelis, the popular series allows performers to showcase their versatility and share anecdotes about their experiences. Performers scheduled for Monday, March 9th are Anne Brummel (Standby for the role of Elphaba in the Broadway production of Wicked), Nick Rashad Burroughs(Understudy for the role of Lola in the Broadway production of Kinky Boots), Anna Eilinsfeld (Understudy for the role of Nicola in the Broadway production of Kinky Boots), Rachel Flynn (Understudy for the roles of Heather McNamara, Martha Dunstock and Ms. Fleming in the Off-Broadway production of Heathers The Musical), Deedee Magno Hall (Understudy for the role of Anne in the Broadway production of If/Then), James David Larson (Understudy for the roles of Cinderella's Prince, Wolf, Lucinda, Jack, Steward, Rapunzel's Prince, Florinda and Mysterious Man in the Off-Broadway revival of Into the Woods), Tony Le Page (Understudy for the roles of Franz, Lonny, Dennis, Hertz, Drew and Stacee Jaxx in the Broadway production of Rock of Ages), Wade McCollum (Understudy for the roles of The Wonderful Wizard of Oz and Doctor Dillamond in the Broadway production of Wicked), Conner Peirson (Standby for the role of Elder Cunningham in the Broadway production of The Book of Mormon), Trent Saunders (Understudy for the role of Aladdin in the Broadway production of Aladdin), Mike Schwitter (Understudy for the role of Pippin in the Broadway revival of Pippin) and Sabrina Sloan (Understudy for the role of Diana Ross in the Broadway production of Motown the Musical). Musical Director/Accompanist for the evening will be Daniela Candillari.

At This Performance... debuted in October 2003 and to date has showcased the talents of 736 Standbys, Understudies and Alternates who have covered 3286 roles in 388 Broadway and Off-Broadway productions
