Broadway Sessions to Offer NYMF Sneak Peek, 6/27
BROADWAY SESSIONS is described as an evening of musical performances, games and open mic featuring a new Broadway guest each week. The show is created and hosted by Ben Cameron (Bway Wicked, Aida and Footloose) and features musical director Joshua Stephen Kartes on piano.
This Thursday, June 27th, Broadway Sessions will welcome performances from shows featured in this years New York Musical Theater Festival.
- Shows scheduled to present numbers include Icarus, The Awakening of Angel DeLuna, The Lady from Maxims, Standy the Musical, Marry Harry, Mata Hari in 8 Bullets, Where She is Now, Gary Goldfarb Master Escapist, Castle Walk, The Hills Are Alive, Mother, Wife and the Complicated Life, Boys Will Be Boys and more
- The evening will also feature performances by pint size diva Maddie Berl
- Open Mic party follows the show til 2 am.
Broadway Sessions takes place every Thursday evening at The Laurie Beechman Theater inside The West Bank Café located at 407 west 42nd street (corner of 42nd street and 9thavenue). 212-695-6909.
