Broadway Sessions to Host Annual Holiday Concert, 12/18
BROADWAY SESSIONS is described as an evening of musical performances, games and open mic featuring a new Broadway guest each week. The show is created and hosted by Ben Cameron (Bway Wicked, Aida and Footloose) and features musical director Joshua Stephen Kartes on piano. This Thursday, December 18th, Broadway Sessions will celebrate the holiday season with it's 6th annual all star holiday concert.
Performers scheduled to appear include Lena Hall (Tony winner, Hedwig), Jinkx Monsoon (RuPaul's Drag Race winner), Major Scales (The Vaudevillians), Lisa Howard (It Shoulda Been You, Spelling Bee),Leeds Hill (Cabaret), Andrea Dora (Motown), Leslie McDonel(American Idiot), Charlie Franklin (The Book of Mormon), Joshua Colley (Les Miserables), Ariana DeBose (Bring it On, Motown), Todd Buonopane (Cinderella), Brian O'Brien (Chicago), Katie Ladner (Heathers), Josh Walker (Side Show), Michael Longoria (Jersey Boys, The Midtown Men), Marisha Wallace (Alladin), Laurissa Romain (South Pacific), John Arthur Greene (Matilda), Jessica Hendy (Aida), Jaime Cepero (SMASH),Mike Schwitter (Pippin), The Spidey Boys (Brandon Rubendall, Jake Odmark, Adam Roberts) Carner and Gregor feat. The evening will also feature special presentations by the ladies of Kinky Boots (Ellyn Marie Marsh, Jen Perry, Adinah Alexander and more) and Patrick Page (Casa Valentina, Spider Man The Grinch) and Paige Davis (Chicago, Boeing Boeing) -line up subject to change--Broadway Sessions takes place every Thursday evening at The Laurie Beechman Theater inside The West Bank Café located at 407 west 42nd street (corner of 42nd street and 9th avenue).
