BROADWAY SESSIONS to Welcome Zoe Birkett & More, 2/4

BROADWAY SESSIONS is described as an evening of musical performances, games and open mic featuring a new Broadway guest each week. The show is created and hosted by Ben Cameron (Bway Wicked, Aida and Footloose) and features musical director Joshua Stephen Kartes on piano. This Thursday, February 4th, Broadway Sessions welcomes UK star Zoe Birkett, Bonnie Milligan and more

-Zoe Birkett currently stars as Rachel Maron in the UK touring production of The Bodyguard. Birkett first burst onto the scene as the highest placing female contestant on Pop Idol. (British equivalent of American Idol). She is a top selling British recording artist, singer and actress. Burkett also appeared on Brittains Big Brother.

-Bonnie Milligan recently appeared in the Vineyard Theater production of Gigantic following a stint on the 1st national production of Kinky Boots. Milligan was also featured in Jasper In Deadland and Cuff Me.

-The evening will also feature performances by singer/dancer/actor Connor Russell. Russell has appeared in productions of Aladdin, Chorus Line as well award winning turns in several independent films.

Broadway Sessions takes place every Thursday evening at The Laurie Beechman Theater inside The West Bank Café located at 407 west 42nd street (corner of 42nd street and 9th avenue). Reservations strongly recommended 212-695-6909. Doors open at 10pm for pre show open mic. Showtime at 11. $5 drink specials all night. $10 cover includes a donation to Broadway Cares/Equity Fights Aids.
