BROADWAY MONDAYS to Return to Comedy Village With Live Rock Band & New Format

Broadway Mondays, the cabaret series produced and hosted by Ryan Guerrero, returns to The Comedy Village Times Square with a revamped format, a new lineup of performers, and the addition of a live house band, continuing to build momentum as a showcase for emerging musical theater talent.

Known for blending strong vocals with comedy and theatrical elements, the latest iteration of Broadway Mondays leans further into a high-energy, fully produced experience. The show integrates original sketches, short-form scenes, and pre-recorded video elements alongside live performances, creating a fast-paced night that moves beyond the structure of a traditional cabaret.

New this time around is Make Girls Cry, an all-girl rock band serving as the show's house band. Performing both original music and covers, the group brings a distinct edge to the night, giving the show the feel of a concert within the cabaret itself. Their presence underscores the entire evening, elevating performances and adding a driving, live-music atmosphere throughout.

The production also features a new team of performers, including Grant Dine, an up-and-coming young actor who previously appeared alongside Guerrero in a production of The Lightning Thief. Dine joins a rotating cast of singers and actors contributing a mix of musical theater, comedy, and character-driven work.

Guerrero anchors the evening as host, guiding audiences through the show's shifting styles and tones while maintaining a throughline that ties the various elements together. The result is a cohesive yet unpredictable experience that highlights both individual talent and ensemble collaboration.

With its evolving format and emphasis on fresh voices, Broadway Mondays continues to position itself as a platform for the next generation of performers-while delivering a night that feels as much like a live concert as it does a cabaret.

The show runs approximately 90 minutes. For more information follow @WhereBwayGoes on Instagram.
