VIDEO: Christian Borle Lends His Singing Talents to Disney Junior's VAMPIRINA

Tony-winning Broadway favorite Christian Borle guest-stars as a singing ghost pirate in this Friday's new episode of Disney Junior's hit animated series "Vampirina." In this upcoming episode, "Treasure Haunters", VAMPIRINA and her friends help a ghost pirate search for treasure so that he can be freed from a haunted map. Tony Award-winner Christian Borle guest stars as ghost pirate, Rusty Topsail, in this upcoming episode of Disney Junior's hit animated series "Vampirina," premiering FRIDAY, MARCH 16 at 11:00 a.m. ET on Disney Channel and in the DisneyNOW app.

Vampirina is an American-Irish computer animated fantasy musical television series that premiered on Disney Junior on October 1, 2017. The show is inspired by the VAMPIRINA Ballerina series of books written by Anne Marie Pace and illustrated by Leuyen Pham, published by Disney Publishing. Disney Junior announced the series in March 2016, and features much of the staff that has worked on fellow series Doc McStuffins. In January 2018, a second season was announced by Disney. Broadway composers Michael Kooman and Christopher Dimond ("The Noteworthy Life of Howard Barnes") are the series' songwriters.

As an actor, Christian is a two-time Tony Award winner for SOMETHING ROTTEN and PETER AND THE STARCATCHER.
