The CW Greenlights AMERICA'S NEXT TOP MODEL 'College Edition'

As reported in The Hollywood Reporter, The CW has renewed its long running reality show AMERICA'S NEXT TOP MODEL for a 19th cycle. According to the report, the upcoming season will be a special "college edition" and will air this fall. The network decided to grant an early pick up for next season in order to begin casting contestants.

The series, hosted by super-model Tyra Banks is about to premiere its 18th cycle beginning next week. The edition will have a "British Invasion" theme.  

The series debuted on the former UPN network and consistently ranks as the CW's highest-rated show. The last edition averaged a 1.7 rating among the coveted 18 -49 demographic.
