TV Talk Show Host Katie Couric Engaged
People.com reports that journalist Katie Couric became engaged over the Labor Day wekend to her her boyfriend John Molner. According to the report, the 50-year-old financier popped the question at sunset in East Hampton, N.Y. The couple has been dating for two years.
This will be the second marriage the the 56-year-old talk show host whose first husband Jay Monahan died from colon cancer in 1998. She has two daughters from that marriage, Ellie, 21, and Carrie, 17.
Couric's nationally Syndicated live, weekday talk show, KATIE, premiered on September 10th, 2012. The show airs in 94 percent of the country and is distributed by Disney-ABC Domestic Television. The newswoman is an award-winning journalist, best-selling author and popular TV personality. I
