Sharon Osbourne will lend her voice to Disney Jr's popular animated series JAKE AND THE NEVER LAND PIRATES. Osbourne will voice the mother of Captain Hook in an episode entitled 'Mama Hook Knows Best', premiering on Saturday, May 12 at 8:30 am/7:30c.

In the episode, Mama Hook arrives at Never Land and is dismayed to learn that her son is stealing treasure from Jake and his crew. She tries to teach Captain Hook about the fine art of sharing. Osbourne is slated to recur in future episodes as well.

Osbourne will soon be seen as a celebrity judge in NBC's summer reality competition 'America's Got Talent'.

Disney Junior's #1 series, "Jake and the Never Land Pirates," is a music-filled interactive treasure hunt that introduces a crew of kid pirates -- leader Jake and pals Izzy and Cubby -- and follows their Never Land adventures as they work to outwit two infamous characters, the one and only Captain Hook and Mr. Smee, from Disney's classic "Peter Pan."

Each episode of the Annie Award-winning series features two 11-minute adventures as Jake and team and their lookout parrot, Skully, sail on the good ship Bucky, miles from their Pirate Island hideout on a lost treasure hunt. Along the way, they model teamwork, problem-solving and physical activity as they learn to maneuver around Hook and Smee, earning gold doubloons as they conquer tasks including crossing a muddy swamp, swinging on vines and sliding down waterfalls.
