Kelly Osbourne took to Twitter this week to comment on what many believe is a response to her former FASHION POLICE co-host Giulana Rancic's recent comments on NBC's Today.

Rancic appeared on Monday's morning show to explain her comments regarding the appearance of Disney star Zendaya Coleman at this year's Academy Awards. During the appearance, the E! host blamed her controversial statements on poor editing.

According to Us Weekly, Kelly's tweet that: "Liars ALWAYS get caught!" was without a doubt, aimed at Giuliana. "They're totally feuding," a source tells the magazine. "Kelly cannot understand why Giuliana keeps talking about editing when there was a whole audience and crew who heard and saw otherwise!" another source adds. "Kelly thinks Giuliana should have just been truthful, apologized, and moved on."

Osbourne exited FASHION POLICE in late February following the highly publisized controversy. Since that time, Rancic revealed to the HuffPost that her and Osbourne, as well as former host Kathy Griffin, have not been on good terms. "I haven't talked to [Kelly or Kathy Griffin] since the incident," she said. "There's nothing good that can come of trying to speak for them, [or guess] what they meant by their comments."
