Frances McDormand Joins Stiller, Rock, Smith and Schwimmer in Madagascar 3

Chris Rock, Ben Stiller, Frances McDormand, Jada Pinkett Smith and David Schimmer are among the voice talent in the cast of 'Madagascar 3' as reported by empireonline.com

McDormand is making her animated voiceover debut as an animal control officer who is seeking to capture many of the series' popular characters. McDormand is also appearing in GOOD PEOPLE, which opens on Broadway in February.

Chris Rock will lend his voice once again as Marty the Zebra. Rock is slated to make his Broadway debut in THE MOTHERF**KER WITH THE HAT this spring.

Ben Stiller, the voice of Alex the Lion, will return to Broadway in the spring in the revival of THE HOUSE OF BLUE LEAVES. Stiller appeared on Broadway in the same play in 1986.

Madagascar 3 is due for a June 1, 2012 release.
