If there's one thing David Bowie's 1969 classic 'Space Oddity' has always been, its unique. According to story that broke on Billboard, Astronaut Chris Hadfield has served to make this song even more impressive. Hadfield has made a video remaking the song with footage shot on the International Space Station.

In the visually amazing video, Hadfield floats throughout the ISS while strumming his guitar and singing the words to Bowie's masterpiece. As he sings the words, the lyrics "Here am I sitting in a tin can/far above the world/Planet Earth is blue/And there's nothing left to do" take on a whole new meaning.

The song was recorded on Earth by producer Joe Corcoran and Piano arranger Emily Gryner but the guitar and vocals were recorded in space, 'high above the world.'

His, nothing short of amazing, video does something that so many who have listened to the song have wanted to: go to space.
