The package costs $1500 for a queen or twin room; $1700 for a king room; and $2400 for the Garden Suite.

At the Bar Room, a modern commercial kitchen shares space with an antiquated two-lane bowling alley recently rescued from years of being boarded over. A few steps from where Chef Hill crafts his dishes for diners in the adjacent rooms, guests can set the pins by hand and watch the action from velvet-cushioned seats reclaimed from Radio City Music Hall's early days.

For those looking for a more refined New Year's Eve celebration, guests can attend the gastronomic fête at the Arnold's new sibling, The North Branch Inn (opened October 2015). Located just 20 minutes down the road from The Arnold, the 38-seat Bar Room & Restaurant is known for sourcing its ingredients primarily from the Catskills and entirely within New York State.

The evening will begin with an 8pm cocktail hour followed by a seven-course meal created by Chef Erik Hill featuring dishes such as Montauk Oysters and Beaverkill Trout Roe; Wheatberry Salad with charred parsnip, kale, and quail egg; and Long Island Duck with crème fraiche cole slaw.
