It's a special day in our pastry kitchens around the globe as we launch our signature Ritz-Carlton cake.

The mission of Corporate Chef Rainer Zinngrebe was to take a few classical, yet commonly found ingredients to create a taste distinctly Ritz-Carlton. A presentation that would make a beautiful, thoughtful gift and a cake that carries the history of The Ritz-Carlton. In celebration of our heritage, the cake has a rich, dark chocolate flavor with bursts of orange throughout. A delicious balance of sweet chocolate and sharp citrus.
