The ONE Group, LLC to Reschedule Fourth Quarter Earnings Call to March 31, 2014

The ONE Group, LLC ("The ONE Group"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Committed Capital Acquisition Corporation ("Committed Capital") (OTCQB:STKS) today announced that it was rescheduling its fourth quarter 2013 earnings call for Monday, March, 31, 2014. The rescheduling is due to the additional time needed for the Company's auditors to complete the accounting related to the October 2013 merger transaction and the Company's fiscal 2013 tax provision.
