Trifecta Fitness Class
Jump start with this upbeat cardio class starting with 20 minutes of step aerobics, followed by 20 minutes of strength conditioning. The class finishes with 10 minutes of core, balance and flexibility training.

Terrarium Class
Guests gain techniques to create their own decorations made from items found in nature or the local nursery. Terrariums are natural air purifiers and create a self-sustaining eco-system. Materials are provided for guests to create their own terrarium to take home. A small fee is required.

Stroll and Sketch
Using nature as a muse, the artist in residence takes guests on a stroll throughout the grounds to get inspiration from the surrounding nature. Guests are provided with a portable hand-held easel, chair and sketching pencils.
